In 2025, the Hamilton Concert Band received a $10,000 grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation to help support our percussion section. The band was able to buy new percussion equipment, which has already helped complete our sound!

The Ontario Trillium Foundation is an agency of the Province of Ontario that provides grants to non-profit organizations, charities, and Indigenous communities across the province. It funds projects that strengthen community well-being, including areas like youth engagement, arts and culture, sports and recreation, environmental sustainability, and social services. The Foundation’s goal is to help communities become more healthy, inclusive, and resilient by supporting local initiatives and capacity-building efforts.
